For Thing #7, we were asked to use the scanner to scan a hard copy of a photo. This one is of my husband as a young boy catching his first fish. It's been in a frame for a while and it's a little washed out, but I've always intended to make a digital copy, so I'm glad this challenge gave me an excuse.
I'm fairly comfortable with scanners, thankfully. I've used them for a long time now--both for work and personally. I'm always glad to help customers and staff with the scanner, because it's such an amazing tool! I particularly like the scanners with automatic document feeders when you have to scan a stack of paperwork--it makes things so much faster!
